BBSHD Conversion kit Builder

The starting point is the motor kit. This is based around a BBSHD motor which has the 52v controller and is set up, from factory, to produce a peak output power of over 1500w and 160NM of torque.

These base kits come with everything you need to complete the conversion –

Wiring looms
Crank arms
Thumb throttle
Speed Sensor
Brackets and fasteners

You should then choose from a range of downtube batteries, OLED or colour displays, brake and gearshift sensor options, headlight and fitting tools.

Other options ( including motors for FatBikes with a wider bottom Bracket, rack mount batteries and alternative handlebar displays ) are available on request.

The range of batteries available are factory assembled using only the best, BRANDED, 18650 or 21700 Li-ion cells available today. These manufacturers include Samsung, LG and Tesla’s Panasonic.
